Welcome to Animato, a small tribute to the international artist known as Utada. Since her early teenage years, this young woman has broken numerous record sales in her parents' native Japan, worked along with famous names such as Timbaland and Foxy Brown, and firmly established herself as one of the premier musical acts in the world.
The objective of this small little fansite here is to introduce Utada, lovingly known to her Japanese fans as Hikki, as an English-speaking artist to new audiences and to show an earnest appreciation for her contribution to popular music. Animato was started in support of her growing career in the United States, and today remains a fansite for her English language releases. If you're more interested in Utada Hikaru, Japanese pop superstar, then I'm afraid you'll have to search elsewhere.
